Human-Computer Interaction
Cybernet is one of the nation’s leading pioneers in gesture-recognition — software that recognizes human motion. Such systems assess human motion and, through a customized set of associated codes, display correlated responses on a user’s interface.
Cybernet’s ingenuity in this specialized area include voice recognition and control, 2D and 3D visualization, terrain monitoring, vision tracking, multiplayer game networking, and specific gesture recognition and control. Components of this advanced technology continue to be used in Cybernet technology solutions, including the ATACS ammunition sorter and the DARPA Urban Challenge Semifinalist “the Cybervan.”
