Cybernet is leveraging our experience with developing autonomous material handling vehicles to demonstrate how autonomous forklifts and autonomous tugs can be used collaboratively with people to efficiently retrieve and deliver materials required for performing maintenance tasks on Naval depots and installations.
As part of this effort, Cybernet is automating a small tug and a standard counter-balance forklift to enable autonomous retrieval and delivery of items. Naval maintainers will be able to request parts from a remote location and have them autonomously retrieved and delivered without leaving the maintenance location.
