The primary problem for gracefully aging is slow, but controllable and manageable: metabolic decline and concurrent decline of patient personal mobility. Cybernet’s proposed solution is: first, to place patients on a wellness monitoring regime before their health status is substantially compromised; second, to move patients into an intervention program so that aggressive intervention is begun before the onset of emergency events; third to detect mobility loss via integrated motion/mobility assessment that is tied into the telehealth system; and finally, to provide robotic mobility assistance to the patient via advanced robotic mobility systems.
