Cybernet developed SPARTICUS, software designed to allow development of near real-time radar surveillance systems by combining classical CFAR target detection with advanced artificial intelligence decision-making systems and electronic counter-counter measures. Designed to operate on a SKY parallel procession platform, SPARTICUS facilitates testing of directed resource allocation for wide-area surveillance; expert system field implementation in a wide-area surveillance radar application; and a scenario generator for testing performance and efficiency of various approaches.
