Cybernet is providing Evident Telehealth Services with the MedStar Monitoring System to support their program to improve health outcomes in Diabetic patients experiencing foot-related wound events and other comorbidities.  Cybernet is developing special wound care software that allows Evident to correlate remotely collected wound images with vital signs data, such as glucose levels, blood pressure, and fluid gain.  This software provides annotation methods for adding analysis notes to individual images, as well as automatic checks for vital signs reaching critical levels and compliance monitoring.
